Closeout on a flavor of Starbucks. $2.75 for 12 ounce bag, ground. When I got it home the BB date is Octo 2024. Not a problem to me but they're not supposed to do that, are they? This was a major supermarket chain. I guess rules don't matter anymore.

It depends on what the date code means. "Best buy date" simply means that past this date, the Wonder Why Friday #2
