Just saved a bunch on coffee.

Using 20% less on a pot. Actually taste better.
Only a week or 2 away from yard and garage sales. This year I’m limiting my search to 20 miles or less.

Closeout on a flavor of Starbucks. $2.75 for 12 ounce bag, ground. When I got it home the BB date is Octo 2024. Not a problem to me but they're not supposed to do that, are they? This was a major supermarket chain. I guess rules don't matter anymore.

quality is likely to go down in the opinion of packer, not that it is unsafe. "Use by date" is more a matter of safety.

Then, again, my opinion of Starbucks and its customers when it comes to coffee probably would be that I think the "Use by" date should be a year before it is put on the shelf.
