Oklahoma woman indicted for voting twice in general election [View all]

OKLAHOMA CITY (Oct. 23, 2025) – The Oklahoma Multi-County Grand Jury has indicted a woman on one felony count of voting illegally. Victoria Vincenza Dill, 31, is accused of voting twice in the general election in November 2024.

The Oklahoma State Election Board discovered Dill voted in person in Oklahoma County and submitted an absentee ballot in Payne County on the same day. The general election ballot included president/vice president, state leaders like corporation commissioner, U.S. representatives, state senators and representatives, judges and state questions.

"The integrity of our elections is fundamental to ensuring every vote counts," said Attorney General Gentner Drummond. "Every illegal vote cancels out a legitimate voter's voice and undermines public confidence in our elections. My office will continue to investigate voter fraud and hold accountable those who violate Oklahoma's election laws."

Dill could face up to five years in prison and/or a $50,000 fine, if convicted.
