OKLAHOMA CITY (Oct. 23, 2025) The Oklahoma Multi-County Grand Jury has indicted a woman on one felony count of voting illegally. Victoria Vincenza Dill, 31, is accused of voting twice in the general election in November 2024.
The Oklahoma State Election Board discovered Dill voted in person in Oklahoma County and submitted an absentee ballot in Payne County on the same day. The general election ballot included president/vice president, state leaders like corporation commissioner, U.S. representatives, state senators and representatives, judges and state questions.
"The integrity of our elections is fundamental to ensuring every vote counts," said Attorney General Gentner Drummond. "Every illegal vote cancels out a legitimate voter's voice and undermines public confidence in our elections. My office will continue to investigate voter fraud and hold accountable those who violate Oklahoma's election laws."
Dill could face up to five years in prison and/or a $50,000 fine, if convicted.

(53,552 posts)Here in NJ, the county Board of Elections have computerized voting rolls. If Dill had tried her trick up here, her absentee vote would have been recorded and if she had tried to vote again (e.g, 24-48 hours after voting absentee), the computer would have advised poll workers not to let her vote on the machines. They would have allowed her to vote by provisional ballot if she insisted. And her provisional ballot would have been subsequently invalidated when the two votes would have been discovered.
