I live in Davenport. Not in the 3rd ward but close. And she's made some puzzling decisions over the years. Let's hope someone worth steps up and runs. Quite frankly, the city government hete is a mess. The incumbent Mayor is not seeking re-election as well and even though he's a (alleged) Democrat, I think he's done a fairly lousy job.
