"The 25th Amendment does not allow for a president to be removed from office against their will. Instead, it outlines a procedure for Vice President and a majority of the Cabinet, or another body as Congress may provide, to declare the President unable to discharge the powers and duties of the office."

The only solution I see is a possible impeachment if the Dems regain majorities in the House and Senate and then, they'd need 67 Senators to convict...which ain't likely to happen either.

50 years ago, he would have been impeached and convicted after the second impeachment of his first term. Hell, 50 years ago he probably wouldn't have won a presidency.
