So an editor can claim that, but since Wikipedia is editable by everyone and there are over 500 links to various discussions, it's just that guy's opinion. It's not an official rating of bias, as clearly cited, above. You've cited one that I couldn't even find. The link you provided brought up the page to search for Reliable Sources, but I had to search for Newsweek. That's when the 500+ discussions came up.

But you know, I'm just a librarian. What would I and my Masters degree know about reliable sources for information?
