I'm sure his attorneys are judge shopping as we speak.

In the bizzarro world that is now the U.S. I fully expect they will try to find some way to move this from state court to federal court. Next thing you know it will be on the Supreme Court's shadow docket, and shazam, any sort of DEI (smart business practice) will be declared null and void across these United States.
