Fired employee begs Trump for help: 'Asked to choose livelihood or God!'

A Wisconsin man is begging President Donald Trump to intercede on his behalf as he files a complaint against a former employer who fired him for discriminatory behavior against LGBTQ people, Fox News reported on Friday.

Spencer Wimmer, who was terminated by the generator company Generac after what he calls five years of exemplary service, is represented by the right-wing advocacy group Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty.

"While the Trump administration has moved to roll back DEI and gender ideology workplace requirements, Wimmer, a devout Christian, argues that private citizens are still experiencing workplace discrimination tied to such policies," said the report. His complaint, filed to Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, comes as "he said he hopes President Donald Trump will do something about it."

If he thinks his god demands hate, then he should choose god and suffer hate himself.

Firing for discrimination is not itself discrimination.

I'm sure his attorneys are judge shopping as we speak.

In the bizzarro world that is now the U.S. I fully expect they will try to find some way to move this from state court to federal court. Next thing you know it will be on the Supreme Court's shadow docket, and shazam, any sort of DEI (smart business practice) will be declared null and void across these United States.

Discriminating against certain people because he doesn't approve of their lifestyle, his service can't be considered exemplary, can it?

Since when?
Wisconsin is an at will state. So, a company can fire someone if they think they don't match company values.
The lawsuit seems like a fishing expedition as I can't see what rights are violated
