is flawed or failing in some way, it's up to citizens to "mend it, not end it," and to not "throw the baby out with the bathwater." He's one of those "let us reason together" kinds of politicians. What MAGA think -- their oversimplified view of big scale systems -- is that if something in government isn't working well enough, just get rid of it and replace it with what/whoever the boss wants -- rule of men over rule of law. So no, he's not totally going along with any MAGA view of institutions.
