LET'S TALK REAL NUMBERS...

Economist Robert Reich points out that

Americans making between about $17,000 and $51,000 will lose about $700 a year.

On average, Americans with incomes of less than $17,000 will lose more than $1,000 a year.

But if you are among the top 0.1% of earners, you’re in luck: you’ll gain nearly $390,000 a year.
