The fact that the Human Rights Organizations Nationwide have to request the help for Puerto Rico is an abomination. That they have to request help for Puerto Rico 100 days after the disaster speaks volumes about this President and the GOP as a whole. Making America great again is making these United States of America a third world country.

Bravo mr president. We are now not just a laughing stock to the world, we are a disgrace to humanity.
