how do you sue a hospital for rape?

I was in the psych ward of sinai hospital.first they outed me,by putting my female name up on a board that had all the patients names.secondly the doctor put me on a drug i am allergic to.third i got raped by a patient there while on 15 min. checks,forth,i was told to lie to the detectives about telling my doc about a guy in my room.fifth because i was not checked for sexually transmitted disease doctor said the rapist was young so it was not nessesary. I told the cops everything,had
a safe test, which was traumatic too.
I want to sue the hospital. but dont know what type of lawyer i need.
