Ditto on frustration of traditional meds not doing the trick. After years of a med cocktails for BP & ABD, decided to try ketamine. It was incredibly expensive at WLA “boutique” clinic. I did 4 treatments in 1 month. The staff was great and their monitoring during session gave me a sense of safety. The actual treatment experience was incredible. Like wow! The hallucinations were informative and I felt great for about six months. Being an addict, when the depression returned I certainly wanted more. Bottom line for me was that it was like another rec drug. The immediate effect was amazing. I know there are follow up options but I didn’t want to explore that because of addiction factor. I recommend if you’ve exhausted every western med available. Good luckluck 💗
