10. I just renewed mine after allowing essential cookies only, and it worked fine.

I'm not sure why you're having issues. You could try a different browser. Make sure that you allow Essential cookies from that link (you'll need to copy/paste it if it's not your default browser) that I provided before you try to pay.

Then, copy/paste the DU donation link -- https://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=star&type=onetime

I don't really see any reason why that shouldn't work, assuming that the Essential cookies are allowed. I wasn't signed into PP at the time and paid with a credit card.
