2. How many time zones did you cross?

The general rule is that for every time zone you cross, it will take about 24 hours to adjust. So, one time zone, one day. Seven time zones, a week. This is why I am crazed by all the people who complaining bitterly about the change from standard time to daylight and back again. People will swear it takes them months to adjust, which simply isn't going to be true. Even if they otherwise have never crossed a time zone in their lives.
