7. Maduro cartoon accurate?

The U.S. made Venezuela (now Maduro) a target like many countries we took advantage of them or feared they would not be full democracies. And from there it went off the rails against Central American, South America, Southeast Asia countries, and maybe Cuba. The CIA, School of Americas, and Reagan were hell-bent on protecting American business interests, competition, or fear of Socialism. Today it continues as dirty economics are used to kill Venzuela's economy and limit its oil exports, trade, and the monetary system. Results are an impoverished country with the population on the move, to all places, the U.S.! I say end the stupidity.
