3. I don't begrudge a single dollar I'm spending

The windows are the original from 1968! I had all but the living room and master bedroom done a couple of years ago. The doors are a bit newer but in serious need of replacement. The roof is about 15 years old, and needed to be done in the next year, or so, anyway. The metal roof will make having to go through this, again, a thing of the past, for me.

Plus, I'm using a locally owned company, which is always a positive.

Next, more painting and then out with the carpet so the wood floors can shine. I'm dragging this house out of 20th Century Brady Bunch mode, into the 21st Century Siwsan mode.
