is doors because the very first time you call, they will NOT schedule a repair until you have followed their instructions and wait 48 hours. (while your food is going bad). You have to check all the seals and make sure nothing is blocking the closure. Then wait 48 hours. So stupid. But once you have called previously, you can skip this step.
