1. Possibly a manuscript in a library collection

Or the self-published work of an amateur genealogist. It could be either. And the Historical Society of Pennsylvania is possibly a good place to look; I did a search of Google books for "outline of the family of" and "Pennsylvania" and got something with no publisher or author listed and searched for that and found this:http://discover.hsp.org/Record/hsp.opac.v01-71443/Details (and they have quite a few other and similar things, so that might be your best bet). And they apparently have a service where they'll provide digital reproductions for research purposes, for a fee: http://hsp.org/collections/library-services/rights-and-reproductions
