i think i have pretty nearly obliterated fear in my mind and heart.
it is a very big change.
i find myself very tolerant of "bad acts" of the traumatized people in my life, atm. i can see that the pain the aim at me comes from an even bigger, burning pain in themselves. i can react to their pain, and see their acts as just outward manifestations of that, and not acts meant to hurt me.

so much of that knee jerk shit is based in fear. if you can give someone a bit of your calm, when they are overwhelmed by stress, you can add something to their lives and yours.

this is my #1 mantra in life- fear is a thief.
