5. I absolutely do not hope it goes away, but as with many life-changing procedures/interventions I do believe

psychological counseling should accompany it. Even possible group therapy where candidates learn the broad spectrum of experiences--including the potential for economic devastation or procedural failure. And, I think they should at least have alternatives discussed, including living a rich life while remaining childless, fostering, adopting.
