3. Also, I am not sure which upsets me more...

The department's inability to keep my information straight through four different times I said the exact same thing, or the fact that my hired attorney is saying I should go talk to someone else to find justice. Any bets on what she will say if I actually get any money? Because I do not feel like she has done very much and therefore I don't feel she has earned much of anything. But, I had to sign a piece of paper to get her to take the case, and therefore I probably will owe her most of what I get even though she did not do the work to get it. I don't know... I cannot handle this shit right now and I guess my failing cognitive abilities are inadequate to work this out. (Which is why I wanted a lawyer in the first place.)
