7. Totally understand! I'm the same way.

I know exactly when it hit me and it was right after the birth of my second baby. I had a real sore throat, although the doctor said my throat wasn't even red, and then I became exhausted. Eventually he diagnosed me with CFS. I'm better now. I work, I go out, I have friends, but I'm not nearly as active as I used to be. I'm always amazed over how much other people get done. Little things take everything I have. And, you're right, other people just don't get it.
