Endemic in areas of Africa. My youngest had EBV and one of his best friends had EBV and then Burkitt's, although he's totally cured now. It scares the hell out of me. I've always wondered if that's why I am functionally chronically fatigued to this day. I bet my titers would show EBV antibodies from who know when.
