It was wonderful. I have Italian inlaws and it reminded me so much of them as well as all the Italians I knew when I lived in Boston.

I also recommend "Feast of the Seven Fishes" on Prime. It is another heavily Italian movie, featuring an Italian family who ended up in West Virginia coal mining country. They have kept to this Italian Christmas Eve tradition since they have been in the US. Lots of family, humor, a very traditional Old Country Nonna and a college girl who discovers the delights of these old traditions.

We watched them both last night.
