3. I love animals, have more compassion

for them than my own species after all we've done. Even though I was in that place helping the humans, knowing those poor cats and dogs and a few farm animals were right next door, I had to go and spend some time with them after my day was over. If I could, I'd just hang out with animals, not sure why I didn't become a zoologist instead of polisci wonk.
