We visited a doctor for years that our insurance company referred us to. Turns out he was jailed for 5 years for prescription drug abuse before we started treatment. We dropped him as soon as we found out.

There is a dentist in town who offers the lowest prices, his license was suspended for 3 years for failing to follow sanitary requirements. But then they gave it back to him.
