Despite 'no nudity' pledge, Oklahoma City bar still operating as illegal strip club, police say

Inside, though, nothing has changed, police say.

Dancers kept on performing topless and one offered customers sex for pay even after club owners signed a “no nudity” and “no prostitution” agreement, a police report said.

The owners, Beverly Jean Hayes, 70, and her daughter, Amanda Jean Fretz, 31, made the agreement in July to keep from losing the club's beer license. Oklahoma County prosecutors had sought revocation of the license in June because of “criminal activity” that was “open and unabated.”
