1. Suddenly Libertarians and Republicans are against large spending?

I thought they had changed their focus once President Obama left office. When asked by a reporter what changed their minds about debt once the orange man got in office, Ted Cruz said they have learned it is actually a good thing to have a lot of national debt. Now that has changed?

I'm not rich enough or don't make enough money to have an increase in taxes. I have always made under 400,000 per year, much under that actually, and I don't own a huge corporation so I'm not worried about the taxes.
