Preserve and restore the opera house. There are a couple of theaters here in Cbus that have been restored and they are gorgeous! It seems like folks are way too anxious to tear down the old and not make the effort to bring it back to its previous beauty- a “paved paradise and put up a parking lot“ type of mentality.
