Even w instructions you still have to have the very good plus hand, eye coordination! Very well done!!

Were you sketching directly onto the tablet screen w stylus? Or like a Wacom table w stylus to the side while looking at the computer monitor?

I guess I considered myself an artist by the time I was twelve (67 now). So I grew up (and parents supported my efforts) trying various traditional mediums. Had art in Grade, JHS, went to Art HS and Art College.

Was a Graphic Design w paste ups & mechanicals the old fashion way. Occasionally illustration. Some fine art. Small abstract sculpture semi-career in the mid '80s. First saw computer art in mid-late 80's. Found a whole lotta stuff at a sub-convention at a big Photo Convention in ?93. Photoshop ? 2.5, Aldus something 2.0 etc
But the most exciting thing was then called FRACTAL Design- which was seriously imitating various real traditional mediums. I fell in love!

Unfortunately things went sideways for me a while later. Was able to start trying stuff out first at library the Draw portion of Word. Later Photoshop, and I found that FD had gone through various owners and names!
It still exists today as (I think) Corel Painter which I got to try for several years .

I've had some draw/paint programs on my tablet but need a new one - screen cracked. Useable but not for serious digital art. With stimulus check a new table and a stylus for direct screen drawing!
In the meantime I bought Infinite Painter dedicated cellphone digital art. Love it but ya know fingers are "bulky" in this realm. So if course I do a lot zooming to work.

Oh, and yes, I did do a digital eye as I'd already done them in traditional mediums.
I still draw w traditional and modern drawing instruments. Hope to do some acrylic painting again, too.

Yeah, I'm a chatty one.
