Will have to stand up for eggs though. They are a powercell of energy and healthy benefits.
Obviously to much of anything can be bad for you but none of those foods are necessarily bad by themselves.

Doctors are not given much education on nutrition.. Lots of ed on drugs though..It might be hard at first and a

I have familial high cholesterol too. DNA test showed why I could never manage it sufficiently with diet alone. On
