The public REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) that went out to the bidders for a $200 million dollar project!*

Which means all the details on scope, materials, design, electrical, plumbing, codes, foundation surveys and testing, etc. And the security issues from the Secret Service, Marshals’ Service, FBI, Capitol and Metropolitan Police.

Something like this had to have one - or a justification for sole-source provided. If not, it’s an illegal bid.

Also like to see the list of potential bidders the government would have considered to solicit a RFP.

* There isn’t one. It would takes months of detailed planning to put one together. Trump pulled this from his cavernous ass.
