(111,937 posts)5. They need an emergency order to stop all  construction--even if it leaves a horrible pile of debris.
        Or, I guess they can remove what they have destroyed, but I want a group of historians to inspect and document what, if anything, they preserved and where it is being kept. If there was anything valuable, my guess is Trump's minions have already made off with it.
