the US Attorney Kelly O. Hayes is telling the DoJ that there's not enough evidence to charge him with a crime.

The federal prosecutor in charge of investigating whether Senator Adam Schiff (D-CA) should be charged with mortgage fraud told her bosses she does not believe the case is strong enough to move forward, according to two sources familiar with the matter. MSNBC Justice and Intelligence Correspondent Ken Dilanian joins Erielle Reshef to report more details.

Expect another US Attorney to walk the plank.
