Like, if you buy a service from Britain, let's say a podcast, or a webinar, or financial planning, is a separate fee tacked on? What's the choke point? Venmo? Credit cards? the hosting service? If you view a British website, aren't you in a sense importing something? Viewing a foreign website should be tariffed according to this idea.
