Canada will be stress tested but will emerge stronger, less reliant on the U.S. for the experience.

Yes he is. And ALL tariffs should have to be authorized at the FEDERAL level. Because they affect OUR Country FEDERALLY.

The export charge is not a tariff, and we are a confederation, but a national energy surcharge on oil would be good
