I don't doubt the possibility of this regime to do anything, and it may well be his own supporters, out of anger with the bankruptcies, lay-offs, and lack of government assistance, who'll think they can address some of these issues by parading with their rifles and sidearms who get met with deadly force in opposition to an "insurrection". The military is complying today with the obviously unlawful order to kill civilians piloting civilian seacraft, giving them no chance for arrest or surrender. You think there's some sort of conscience that will be applied to people just because they're in this country?
