14. it will be impossible. you need 67 votes in senate (2/3) to convict, not just a majority.

We have never in the history of this country held the Senate with that many seats. To get there would require convincing enough republicans to vote for it. Yes, we can easily clear the house and impeach, but convicting is a near impossible task.
On the other hand, the whole process could serve to document his many crimes, so it's not without merit.
