…has been a thorn in the side of conservatives for a long time. As a result, the 9th Circuit has had a target on its back — we now see the effect.

10 of the 29 judges (excluding the senior status judges) are Trump appointees.

Another three are GWB appointees. Only five are Obama. Three Clinton. Eight Biden.
And of the senior status ones, one Nixon, two Reagan, two GHWB, four GWB. Three Carter, ten Clinton, one Obama.
