The next Dem President can just tear it down and repair with taxpayer funds saying that it was constructed without the proper clearances and permits. Also it is ugly as hell and distracts from the historical beauty of the White House.

When Fox News screams about that being a waste of tax money, the president can then say, "Oh, no worries. The money to build this illegal monstrosity was gifted by corporations."
