21. Why don't reporters press him on this lie about Obama, Biden, Clinton?

Yesterday

"They did it! They made it up!"

"Really? Can you tell us what evidence you have for that accusation? And if that's so, why aren't you releasing everything to prove there's forgery involved?"

But they never seem to do that. I remember in the first term, at least occasionally a reporter would say one of his fabulations was untrue. Now they seem to just let him say obvious lies like that he brought in $16 trillion already this year.
It's disspiriting.
