The normalization of Trump's weird behavior is getting really old. Also, the headline is dishonest clickbait. There is nothing in the article about grads being stunned. That would be the story. Instead we get Trump's nonsense unfiltered.

Are headlines like that designed to trick Democrats into giving Trump more coverage? That certainly is the effect if not the intention.
