trump gave a horrible speech and then refused to shake hands with the graduating cadets

After babbling nonsensically about trophy wives during his West Point speech, a disoriented and demented Trump had to be guided offstageâ€” and he forgot to salute or to shake hands with even one grad.

But, tell me again how Sleepy Joe couldnâ€™t do the job.
