On that interview alone, Tapper says he discussed it with 200+ people surrounding Biden. He also states that he didn't start on the meat of the book until after the election.

Call it what you will, if there is 1/10th truth to that, (and I suspect there is more than that), then it will continue to drip until the issue is put to bed.
