of massive commercial buildings that have sat empty since Covid. They are all over the place here in Denver's tech center.
It is overwhelmingly expensive to try and convert them to apartments.
Two skyscrapers in downtown Denver that were officially spaces just sold for four million....(seriously)!!!!! A few years ago they were appraised at hundreds of Millions of dollars........

And why not......why should a corporation pay a TON of money for brick and mortar location, when people can work from home?????
