(64 posts)During even the darkest and most difficult times include serving and being wounded in Vietnam, the lengthy recovery from that and then now having battled illness including Stage IV cancers, I always seemed to be able to say and know that tomorrow will be a better day
It is really hard now knowing that tomorrow is not going to be any better
It is like living with a chronic and progressive serious disease that you know is going to kill you. You have been down so low for so Long deteriorating bit by bit each and every day that you cant even begin to think about a better day. It just never comes.
I sit patiently now waiting for the lynch pin that will be the shock that moves people to take to the streets with unrelenting commitment to fight and do whatever it takes make tomorrow a better day.
