A relative of mine by marriage,
she died in her 90s about 10 years ago.

A Civil Rights attorney in Texas, Adelfa Callejo,
during her long lifetime she received 100s of vile anonymous letters,
death threats, etc.

And 100s and 100s of anonymous telephone hate calls.

The Mexican government awarded her too.
“received the Ohtli award from the Mexican government”
