The removal of healthcare is the worst. It's a quality of life issue for most of those who find themselves without medicaid or medicare.
Millions will have to endure illness because they lack the funds to buy health insurance, especially as retail prices rise due to tariffs. Paying out of pocket is not an option when food, clothing and shelter are taking all of a person's income. Stress levels will rise, as will anger.
This is going to kill thousands of Americans each year.
And we can blame the Trump tariffs for the higher prices that put the financial squeeze on millions of Americans.
So, on one hand the day to day cost of living goes up, while healthcare is out of reach.

This is Trump's gift to America.
